Job summary

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, is seeking an Architectural Junior Project Manager to join our Client Programs Market team in McLean, VA. You will oversee development and execution of architectural construction documents and coordinate with external consultants and internal teams through all design phases.

You will manage coordination of submittals, RFI responses, and QA/QC, ensuring design intent and contract requirements are met while supporting project close-out and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in a professional architecture/design firm.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Experience using collaboration software such as Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams.
• Experience coordinating architectural construction documents.
• Experience in construction administration including RFI/submittal review.
• Strong English reading and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production and coordination of contract deliverables including field surveys, design drawings, construction documents, exhibits, and specifications.
• Coordinate project deliverables with external consultants and project partners.
• Generate code research and feasibility studies and coordinate with AHJ representatives as needed.
• Provide administrative support for project teams (agendas, minutes, logs, reports).
• Ensure design standards and MG2 templates are applied correctly.
• Assist with generating project specifications aligned with scope and budget.
• Participate in QA/QC reviews of all deliverables and coordination with consultants.
