Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on piston and rotary screw air compressors, multi-brand compressors (oil flooded and oil-free), and refrigerated/desiccant air dryers.
2. Install new equipment when applicable.
3. Comply with all safety procedures and precautions at Brehob and customer sites.
4. Ensure excellent customer service; maintain positive customer relations while resolving concerns.
5. Work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

1. Maintain a clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
2. Be open to some out-of-town work, up to 5% of the time, with per diem and hotel covered for overnight stays. Locations include Michigan (Grand Rapids, Detroit), Indiana (Indianapolis, Ft. Wayne), Ohio (Cincinnati, Columbus).
3. Experience driving flatbeds, pickup trucks, and pulling trailers.
4. Industrial maintenance experience is a plus.
5. Experience with air compressors is a plus but not required.
6. Ability to read and understand technical manuals and parts books.
7. Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and excellent attendance record.
8. Proficient in problem solving, process analysis, and troubleshooting under pressure.
9. Physical ability to walk, crouch, sit, stand, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
10. Ability to climb ladders, use lifts, and work at heights when necessary.
11. Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
