Qualifications

  • Experience translating ambiguous business/technology needs into prioritized use cases, technical requirements, MVP definitions, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
  • Working knowledge of AI and industrial technology concepts, including Physical AI, Industrial AI, generative AI, machine learning, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, robotics, automation, analytics, industrial data platforms, enterprise architecture, digital workflows, IT/OT integration, and cybersecurity considerations.
  • Ability to connect AI opportunities to production environments, service operations, supply chains, maintenance, quality, and field execution.
  • Hands-on experience with analytical, AI, low-code/no-code, or comparable tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, approved generative AI platforms, or “vibe coding” tools.

Compensation & Location


  • Base salary stated: $120,000 annually; annual incentive target: 10% of base salary.
