Job summary

Minth Group in Lewisburg, Tennessee is hiring to support industrial AI and digital manufacturing solutions across sites. You will be the local technical contact for implementation partners, including the NVIDIA project team, and collaborate with production, quality, logistics and engineering to translate business needs into concrete system requirements.

The role emphasizes site readiness, integration, testing and handover.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in computer science, electrical engineering, automation, industrial engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience in manufacturing systems, industrial automation, machine vision or industrial systems integration.
Hands-on participation in at least one industrial project from requirements and testing through deployment or operation.
Understanding of manufacturing operations, including production cycle times, quality inspection, traceability or material flow.
Ability to read, modify and troubleshoot Python or comparable scripts, use SQL to investigate data, and work with APIs or other interfaces.
Ability to troubleshoot across applications, data flows and equipment interfaces, using logs and problem-solving methods.
Knowledge of industrial AI or machine vision concepts and ability to evaluate performance against business requirements.
Clear spoken and written English to coordinate with plant teams and remote partners.

Responsibilities

Define use cases and acceptance criteria with plant teams (inspection accuracy, rejects, defects, cycle time, material flow).
Coordinate delivery with partners and HQ; track dependencies, resolve issues, communicate progress and risks.
Coordinate data collection, labeling, and data quality; ensure camera, lighting, and equipment readiness.
Define and test interfaces between AI solutions and SAP/MES/EWM; develop or troubleshoot integration scripts.
Prepare factory layout, cycle time and logistics inputs; support digital twin testing and validate results with process owners.
Plan and execute integration and user acceptance tests; investigate failures and document results.
Complete technical handover with documentation, procedures, training and escalation paths; provide local support.
Monitor performance post-launch and coordinate updates with owners and partners.
