Job summary

Minth North America, Inc. seeks an on-site engineer to deploy and operate industrial AI and digital manufacturing solutions across its sites.

You will serve as the local technical contact, coordinate with partners, and translate business needs into system requirements for AI vision and digital twin projects in TN and AL. You will work with plant teams, SAP/MES/EWM interfaces, and engineering groups to test, validate, and hand over solutions, ensuring smooth production handoff and ongoing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/EE/Automation or related field or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years in manufacturing systems, industrial automation or machine vision.
Hands-on participation in at least one industrial project from requirements to deployment.
Understanding of production cycles, quality inspection and material flow.
Ability to read/modify Python scripts, use SQL, and work with APIs or interfaces.
Troubleshooting across applications, data flows and equipment interfaces.
Knowledge of industrial AI or machine vision concepts and performance evaluation.
Clear spoken and written English, with documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Define use cases, constraints and acceptance criteria with plant teams.
Coordinate delivery with partners and headquarters; track dependencies.
Coordinate data collection, labeling and data quality checks; ensure readiness.
Work with SAP, MES and EWM to define/test interfaces and data exchanges.
Prepare layouts, cycle times and logistics inputs with industrial engineering.
Prepare and execute integration and user acceptance tests; document results.
Complete technical handover including documentation, training and escalation paths.
Monitor performance and coordinate model/configuration updates with owners.
Ensure connectivity, security and change management per plant procedures.
