Job summary

Minth North America seeks an experienced Site Integration Engineer to support deployment and operation of industrial AI and digital manufacturing at U.S. sites.

You will serve as local technical contact for implementation partners, including NVIDIA, and work with production, quality, logistics and engineering teams to translate business needs into system requirements. Initial projects cover AI vision inspection in Tennessee and digital twin planning in Alabama, focusing on site readiness,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in related fields.
• 3+ years in manufacturing systems or industrial automation.
• Hands-on participation in at least one industrial project.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations (cycle times, quality inspection, traceability, material flow).
• Familiar with Python, SQL, and APIs.
• Ability to troubleshoot across applications and data flows.
• Understanding of industrial AI or machine vision concepts.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Work with plant teams to define use cases and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate delivery with partners and HQ, track dependencies.
• Coordinate data collection and readiness of cameras, lighting.
• Define and test interfaces between AI solutions and manufacturing systems.
• Prepare layout, cycle time and logistics inputs; support digital twin tests.
• Execute integration and user acceptance tests; document results.
• Provide technical handover and coordinate support.
• Monitor performance and coordinate updates post-launch.
• Collaborate on connectivity, access, edge computing, and cybersecurity.
