Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with manufacturing automation deployments.
• Experience in robotics, AI/ML, or advanced automation development.
• Full-stack mindset and ability to deliver complete solutions beyond just AI algorithms.
• Strong hands-on experience in at least two of the following: ML/DL, Robotics, Python, C++, ROS, sensors.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and deploy AI-enabled robotic solutions to improve manufacturing capability, flexibility, and performance.
• Develop and implement computer vision, machine learning, and sensor fusion for real-world manufacturing applications.
• Build and optimize AI models for robust performance on industrial hardware.
• Bridge the gap between AI scripts and industrial automation.
• Use simulation tools (Isaac Sim, MuJoCo) for concept validation and synthetic data generation.
• Lead equipment trials, debugging, and production deployment (yokoten).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with robotics, controls, and plant teams to integrate AI into production systems.
• Identify and implement emerging Physical AI technologies via benchmarking and industry events.
• Ensure safety, reliability, and manufacturability with standards alignment.
• Present concepts and results to stakeholders and executives.
• Manage contractors to design and build testing cells.
• Produce documentation to support scaling and enablement.
