Job summary

Siemens in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking an Industrial AI Engineer to develop and scale AI solutions that improve manufacturing performance, including efficiency, productivity, quality, and reliability.

You will translate AI concepts into production‑ready systems, validate them on live shop floors, and collaborate with data, platform, and factory teams to enable repeatable deployment across the USA, Canada and Mexico.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience deploying AI/ML models in production, preferably in industrial/manufacturing.
• Proficient in Python, R, or Java and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience deploying and validating AI models in industrial or production environments.
• Experience in cross-functional, customer-facing teams and adapting solutions to evolving requirements.
• Experience with data-driven systems in operational/industrial environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
