Job summary

Siemens in Dallas–Fort Worth seeks an Industrial AI Engineer to develop and scale Industrial AI solutions that boost manufacturing performance. You will translate AI concepts into production-ready solutions, validate them on live shop floors, and drive adoption across USA, Canada, and Mexico.

You’ll work with data, MES/IT systems, and factory teams to deploy reliable AI models, ensuring performance amid data variability and workflow integration, while collaborating on cybersecurity and IT/OT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience developing and deploying AI/ML models in production, preferably in industrial/manufacturing/automation domains.
• Proficient in Python, R, Java and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience deploying/validating models in industrial or production environments.
• Ability to work in cross-functional, customer-facing teams and adapt solutions to evolving requirements.
• Willing to travel up to 20% for customer deployments.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI models addressing industrial/manufacturing challenges using data-driven insights.
• Design and build AI solutions using time-series shopfloor, MES/IT data aligned with production processes.
• Perform data prep, feature engineering, and model development for contextual industrial data.
• Deploy AI models in real factory environments, ensuring reliability under data variability and latency.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Data/Systems Architects, software developers and factory teams for scalable deployments.
• Coordinate with external partners to implement standardized Industrial AI solutions.
• Continuously validate and refine models based on production data and feedback to improve performance and outcomes.
• Lead scaling of AI solutions across plants for repeatable deployment patterns.
