Job summary

Rnb Consultancy is seeking manufacturing engineers who can own factory projects end to end, using software to drive quoting, scheduling, shop-floor automation, and data collection. You will be responsible for software that runs machines and processes on the factory floor and for vision or sensor projects that accelerate production.

This is an in-person role in Detroit with relocation, offering a base salary in a mission-driven, fast-growing environment where you directly impact real factories.

Qualifications

• Experience building systems that touch the physical world in manufacturing or hardware environments.
• 2+ years of end-to-end project ownership, preferably in hardware-heavy settings.
• Willingness to relocate to Detroit; in-person work required; US citizen or green card holder.

Responsibilities

• Own factory projects end to end from quoting to shop-floor automation and data.
• Develop software that controls machines and processes on the factory floor.
• Lead vision/sensor projects to improve factory speed and throughput.
