The role focuses on creating the core software platform powering execution, shop-floor interfaces, and customer order tracking, with full-stack work across backend, frontend, and hardware integrations.

As an early software employee you will own features end-to-end, shape the tech stack, and help scale teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production software end-to-end.
• Interest in AI-assisted development and orchestration platforms.
• Strong SQL/data modeling skills and experience with modern storage and queues.
• Familiarity with workflow engines and state-machine modeling.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the core software platform powering factories from backend to frontend and shop-floor interfaces.
• Develop integrations with hardware and enable AI-assisted full-stack features.
• Deploy, debug, and maintain production systems with strong ownership.
• Collaborate across teams to ship features rapidly while ensuring quality.
