Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an Industrial Account Representative to handle client calls, liaise with operations, and support sales through order entry and pricing. The role includes up-selling, maintaining client databases, and resolving delivery issues.

Compensation ranges from $48,000 to $60,000 with a comprehensive benefits package, 401(k) with match, bonuses, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• High level customer service and/or inside sales experience.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
• Thick-skinned and able to deal with difficult situations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from clients and customers.
• Communicate with the operations team on behalf of the customer.

Job Summary/Company Information:

• This position will be responsible for answering incoming calls from clients and customers
• Communicating with the operations team on behalf of the customer
• Up-selling and cross-selling when appropriate
• Assisting the outside sales team with order entry and processing of orders
• Solving customer delivery and material challenges
• Entering quotes and job pricing into the system
• Maintaining customer database both individually and on a team
• All other duties as assigned and working in a team environment

Pay/Benefits:

Job Requirements:
