You’ll support customers, drive revenue through upselling, and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage inbound customer inquiries, quotes, and order requests
• Provide pricing, availability, and lead times based on production schedules
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue
• Coordinate with production, shipping, and sales teams
• Track orders and proactively communicate updates
• Handle returns, credits, and issue resolution
• Maintain CRM records and generate Excel reports

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of inside sales and/or customer service experience REQUIRED
• Manufacturing, industrial, or distribution background strongly preferred
• Experience with quoting, pricing, and order processing
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) + Excel reporting
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual is a plus
