Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 10 years experience in industrial construction.
• 5 years experience in project management preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with project stakeholders and ensure project value.
• Manage efficient use of resources on all projects.
• Coordinate and manage schedules for subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and building codes.
• Submit proposals and drive competitive project estimations.

Strong technical written and verbal communication skills

Ability to interpret construction methods, contracts, and drawings

Extensive knowledge of insulation systems
