Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years proven outside industrial sales experience with a tangible product.
• 2+ years customer service / inside sales experience with bearing and power transmission products.
• Mechanical aptitude, sense of urgency, and good sense of humor.
• Good communication skills (written & verbal), and good English grammar.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license and acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Manage industrial sales account territory from Albany to Newburgh, NY.
• Maintain, grow, and create new accounts; report activities to management.
• Develop profitable sales; open new business and retain existing customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, negotiate terms, and close transactions.
• Organize training, survey market conditions, and complete reports.
• Monitor orders and manage customer issues, including deliveries.
