Qualifications

• Expertise in athletics coaching: rules, techniques and program administration.
• Thorough knowledge of MIAA Policies and Procedures.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Commitment to equal educational opportunity in sports.
• Demonstrated ability to work with students, officials and the community.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize and teach fundamentals, strategies and conditioning in the sport.
• Manage equipment, uniforms and team materials per guidelines.
• Supervise students to ensure safety in facilities, equipment and transportation.
• Instruct safety procedures and report injuries promptly to coach/trainer.
• Submit game reports within 24 hours and complete required forms (accidents, disciplinary actions, parent concerns).
• Attend events and related activities; support wellness programs and season duties.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Intramural and Interscholastic Athletics.
