Qualifications

• Previous indoor track coaching experience is desirable.
• Experience in high school/college coaching is desirable.
• Knowledge of indoor track rules and ability to teach players.

Responsibilities

• Coach individual participants in skills for achievement.
• Maintain records of team lists, injuries, scores, stats, and reports.
• Be available during the school year for guidance and counseling to team members.
• Ensure athlete academic eligibility and compliance with handbooks.
• Supervise facility safety and the weight room, locker room and showers.
• Attend all Athletic Department and EHS meetings related to the sport.
• Support the overall EHS staff and communicate with adults to identify resources.
