Job summary

Mountain Creek Resort in Vernon, NJ is seeking an Indoor Guest Experience Ambassador to be the first point of contact for arriving guests. You will assist with rental processes, merchandise, food and beverage, and maintain the lodge’s cleanliness.

The role requires a positive attitude, flexibility to work weekends and holidays, and the ability to stand for long periods. Prior customer service or retail experience is a plus.

• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for guest arrivals.
• Assist with indoor rental process, merchandising and selling retail.
• Provide food and beverage service and maintain restrooms and lodge cleanliness.
• Explain equipment use and safety procedures, and handle credit transactions as needed.
• Support guest needs and enforce safety procedures.
