Amentum is seeking a highly qualified Operations and Global Force Management (GFM) Analyst to support the U.S. Pacific Fleet (PACFLT) N35 Directorate.

This role provides real-time operational support, research, analysis, and assessments to help manage force capabilities across the Indo-Pacific region. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of DoD experience.
• 3 years Navy operational planning experience.
• 3 years Global Force Management experience.
• Proven ability to write and edit high-level documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willing to travel for exercises and conferences.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI; U.S. Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, staffing, and Joint Staff coordination on GFMIG and GFMAP.
• Analyze Navy force capabilities and deployment recommendations.
• Coordinate deployment orders for OPLANs, FDOs, and TCP.
• Provide operational input on GFM issues to PACFLT and others.
• Monitor deployments across the INDOPACOM AOR.
• Draft and manage RFFs, OPORDs, DEPORDs, Task Orders, and EO.
• Liaise with Joint Staff Action Officers on PACFLT force needs.
• Brief senior Navy leadership on operational force issues.
• Assist in resolving force management problems and improve processes.
• Approximately 20% travel to Mainland and partner nations
