Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Delivery Leader / Program Manager to lead and expand our federal construction portfolio in the Indo-Pacific region, including Hawaii and Guam. You will develop pursuit strategies, manage budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 10 years of related experience, and ability to travel up to 50%. You will work with a global team to deliver complex projects on time and within budget, and you will build strong client

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree. 10 years of related experience.
Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on duties and project demands.
Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

Develop pursuit strategies, including teaming partners, bidding tactics, and resources required to deliver projects in the Indo-Pacific.
Plans and conducts work requiring judgment in the independent evaluation, selection, and application of standard engineering or construction techniques.
Create project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives for projects using experience in executing work in difficult locations.
Prepare detailed statements of work with work breakdown structures and gains concurrence from stakeholders.
Assess potential project risk and outline risk mitigation solutions; ensure adherence to PM policies.
