Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, Inc. seeks an experienced Individual Giving Manager to lead the development team and drive annual fundraising goals.

This hybrid role manages the individual giving program and acts as a proactive gift officer, engaging Chicago’s arts philanthropy while supporting the company’s 50th anniversary season. The role directs two staff, coordinates cultivation and stewardship, and uses Tessitura for data-informed decisions.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3–5 years in nonprofit fundraising.
• Experience with direct donor solicitation, cultivation, and stewardship.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Make weekly donor contacts via in-person, phone, and email to advance giving levels.
• Direct solicitations across levels (Director’s Circle $5,000+, Circle Places $250–$4,999, sustaining $10–$249).
• Collaborate with leadership to curate donor engagement opportunities across departments.
• Develop multi-channel fundraising strategies, including scheduling, database structure, and segmentation.
• Identify potential board candidates from the donor base.
• Pull Tessitura lists/reports to guide strategy and budgeting.
• Supervise two Development team members and manage vendor relationships.
