Job summary

Bristol Riverside Theatre in Bristol, PA is seeking a Development Coordinator, Individual Giving to support donor relationships and fundraising operations. You will help cultivate, steward, and recognize donors, coordinate events, and maintain critical donor data.

You will work closely with the Co-Producing Directors and a small team to move fundraising tasks forward, prepare leadership for meetings, and help ensure donors feel valued and connected to BRT's mission.

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising, membership, or a related field.
• Strong project-management, follow-through, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Tessitura or other donor databases.
• Comfort working in a small, highly collaborative environment.
• Confidence working with senior leaders and colleagues, respectfully prompting action, asking questions, and advocating for the needs of the development program.
• Good judgment and discretion with sensitive information.
• Availability for evening and weekend participation in performances and donor activities, with appropriate schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BRT's individual giving program (appeals, donor cultivation, and fundraising events).
• Maintain accurate donor records in Tessitura to track relationships and follow-up.
• Prepare leaders for donor meetings with research and presentations.
• Support programs and manage donor letters and benefits.
• Coordinate logistics for the annual gala and donor events.
• Coordinate donor meetings and experiences that connect supporters to BRT's artists and community.
• Parse data and collaborate to identify prospects and convert audience members to donors.
• Process gifts and deposits and track development expenses.
