Bristol Riverside Theatre in Bristol, PA is seeking a Development Coordinator, Individual Giving to support our fundraising program. You will coordinate donor cultivation, manage donor records, and assist with events under the guidance of the Co-Producing Directors.

The role emphasizes building community with donors, coordinating logistics for the annual gala and smaller events, and ensuring timely follow-up while working closely with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising or donor relations.
• Strong project-management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with donor databases (e.g., Tessitura).
• Comfort working in a small, collaborative environment.
• Ability to work with senior leaders and advocate for the development program.
• Good judgment with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the individual giving program, donor cultivation, and fundraising events.
• Maintain accurate donor records in Tessitura to track relationships and follow-up.
• Prepare directors and trustees for donor meetings and create opportunities to deepen donor relationships.
• Support producer programs and manage weekly donor communications and benefits.
• Coordinate logistics for the annual gala and donor events with support from leadership.
• Parse data and identify prospects to convert audience members into donors.
• Process gifts, deposits, and track development expenses.
