Description
Do you enjoy turning plans into action and finding useful insights in data? BRT is looking for someone who can bring those skills to the day-to-day work of our fundraising program - keeping people, priorities, and donor relationships moving forward.
As our Development Coordinator, Individual Giving, you’ll combine project management, development, and relationship-building, working closely with BRT's Co-Producing Directors and a small, creative, and highly collaborative team. The Co-Producing Directors will lead donor relationships and asks; you’ll remain a point of contact and coordinate cultivation, stewardship, and follow-up, without an independent fundraising portfolio. You will be expected to know what needs to happen next, who needs to be involved, and how to keep it moving.
At the heart of this work is building community—helping donors feel known, valued, and connected to BRT in ways that reflect their interests and strengthen their sense of identity and belonging. You’ll help ensure that the relationships and resources supporting our work receive the same care and intentionality as the work on our stage.
