Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directing a team of tax professionals, driving execution across tax compliance, reporting, and strategy.
• Liaising with external tax service providers, ensuring compliance, managing audits and controversy, exploring incentives, and improving tax technology use cases.
• Conducting tax research for US indirect tax topics (Bloomberg).
• Interacting with tax authorities to resolve notices and information requests; analyze accounts and reconciliations.
• Collaborating with other Finance teams to support tax requirements in financial operations.
• Reviewing indirect tax compliance and approving EFT payments for taxes due.
• Reviewing exemption certificates to ensure correct jurisdictions are taxed.
• Adopting and contributing to best practice guidelines to improve processes.
