Knowledge of US state tax laws and tax technology use cases.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of tax professionals across compliance, reporting, and strategy.
Coordinate with external tax providers and improve tax technology.
Conduct tax research for US indirect tax topics (Bloomberg).
Interact with tax authorities to resolve notices and analyze tax accounts.
Collaborate with other Finance teams to provide tax expertise.
Review indirect tax compliance and approve EFT payments.
Review exemption certificates to ensure correct tax jurisdictions.
Adopt best-practice guidelines to drive process improvements.
