Job summary

ABC Supply in Beloit, WI is seeking an Indirect Tax Assistant to support the Tax Department. You will review customer accounts, process tax credits where eligible, and verify exemption certificates for invoices.

You will also assist with reviewing short-paid invoices, gathering audit data, and completing related department tasks. On-the-job training is provided, with emphasis on attendance and accuracy in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; on-the-job training provided.
• Regular and punctual attendance required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP/billing software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review customer accounts and process eligible tax credits.
• Review invoices with short payments and verify exemption certificates.
• Assist with data gathering, licenses, seasonal projects, and ad hoc tasks.
