Job summary

ABC Supply in Souderton, PA is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to help customers select roofing, siding and window products and manage orders. You will respond to calls, process sales, and coordinate delivery and pickup with the warehouse team.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of roofing, siding, and windows experience, strong communication, and a team‑oriented mindset. This is an on‑site role with benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-sell additional products and supplies.
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payment and apply it to the appropriate customer account.
• Coordinate customer pick ups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure materials arrive on time with items accounted for.
• Reorder products to keep shelves stocked and ready.
