Job summary

Relativity Space is seeking a Manager of Indirect Supply Chain in Long Beach to lead a procurement team and manage roughly $200M in annual indirect spend across IT/software, services, facilities, HR, and more.

You’ll set category strategy, coach your team, run sourcing events, and partner with stakeholders to deliver cost, quality, and service improvements while building a scalable, compliant supply chain organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, indirect categories focus
• 2+ years leading or developing a team
• Experience managing sizable indirect portfolio with cost savings
• Proven to run sourcing events and negotiate high-value contracts
• Knowledge of multiple indirect categories (IT/software, professional services, facilities, contingent labor)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba) and P2P/S2P
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a procurement team across category managers and sourcing specialists
• Own a large indirect portfolio with focus on cost, savings, and supplier performance
• Develop/category strategies balancing cost, quality, service, and speed
• Lead competitive sourcing events (RFI/RFP/RFQ) and evaluate bids
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service levels on high-value agreements
• Manage supplier relationships and performance for indirect categories
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Facilities, HR, Legal, and budget owners
• Establish and track KPIs to drive continuous improvement
• Improve procurement systems (ERP, P2P/S2P, e-sourcing, contract lifecycle) for efficiency
