Job summary

Relativity Space is seeking a Senior Manager of Indirect Supply Chain to lead a procurement team and shape multi-year category and supplier strategies across local commodities and cross-site categories.

You will own a large indirect portfolio, drive cost, quality and service performance, and partner with Finance, Launch and Testing, Facilities, HR and Legal to transform systems for automation and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 8+ years procurement or supply chain experience, indirect focus.
• 4+ years of people leadership and mentoring.
• Proven track record in category and supplier strategies with measurable savings.
• Strong negotiation skills securing favorable outcomes on complex agreements.
• Deep knowledge of procurement systems and processes (ERP, P2P/S2P, e-sourcing, CLM).
• Executive-level communication to influence across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of procurement professionals (category managers, sourcing specialists).
• Own a large indirect portfolio, accountable for total cost, savings and supplier performance.
• Define multi-year category and supplier strategies balancing near-term savings with long-term resilience.
• Lead high-value sourcing initiatives and negotiations for favorable outcomes.
• Develop senior-level supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with Finance, Launch, Testing, Facilities, HR, Legal across the business.
• Lead system transformations (ERP, P2P/S2P, e-sourcing, CLM) for automation and data-driven decisions.
• Drive supplier risk management and sustainability across indirect portfolio.
• Advise on contracting terms and risk as the organization’s SMEs.
