Masimo Corporation in Irvine, CA is seeking a Manager of Strategic Sourcing (Indirect) to lead indirect spend strategy across facilities, CAPEX, IT/Professional Services, logistics, and MRO. You will apply Value Stream Mapping to streamline processes and drive cost efficiency.

You will guide global transactional buyers, oversee RFI/RFP processes, and ensure compliance within Coupa P2P and ERP systems, delivering measurable savings and supplier performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement within regulated industries.
• Experience in a complex matrix organization.
• Proven cost optimization and synergy delivery.
• Lean Kaizen and Value Stream Mapping expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop indirect spend category strategies and negotiate supplier terms.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing lifecycle (RFI/RFQ/RFP) and contract activities.
• Oversee Coupa P2P governance, PO management, and tail-spend controls.
• Drive supplier diversity reporting and spend analytics.
• Lead Value Stream Mapping to streamline procurement processes.
• Collaborate with Facilities, IT, Finance, and Legal.
