Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC in Dallas seeks a Global Supply Manager – Indirect to lead sourcing, supplier management, contracting, budgeting, and procurement strategy across key indirect categories.

You will manage RFx processes, negotiate agreements with suppliers, and partner with Legal, Finance, and Operations to optimize spend and supplier performance. This role requires up to 25% travel and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 4+ years in supply chain, procurement, sourcing or related role.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and leading RFx processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute indirect sourcing strategies across multiple categories.
• Lead RFx activities including RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
• Negotiate contracts, SOWs, SLAs, and commercial terms.
