GE HealthCare is seeking a strategic FP&A professional to drive cost efficiency across USCAN Service P&L and support profitability growth. The role partners with central operations and regional teams to standardize processes, optimize costs, and prioritize investments through robust business cases.

Responsibilities include leading the FP&A cycle for key FPC accounts, contributing to annual budgets and long-term strategy, and collaborating with the VCP and Service Delivery teams to validate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 4+ years of financial or business experience.
• FP&A or P&L cost management background with operational partnership.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Essbase/Hyperion and Power BI tools.
• Excellent communication; ability to explain financial concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual LTS and budget cycles for key FPC accounts with Service Ops, Region Finance, FP&A, and the Service CFO.
• Collaborate with VCP team to build a healthy funnel for profitability expansion; validate savings in P&L for accurate reporting.
• Partner with Service Delivery to build strategic investment funnel; verify ROI metrics and validate spend/benefits in P&L.
• Own the full FP&A cycle for key FPC accounts (monthly estimates, quarter close, analysis, reporting).
• Member of USCAN Fleet committee to set long-term strategy and optimize cost performance.
• Core member of weekly Cost DMS to share best practices and standards across regions.
