Job summary

Pregis is looking for a Procurement Operations Analyst to lead indirect procurement, administer the Procure-To-Pay platform, and drive spend analytics for cross-functional teams. You will source parts for NPD, manage supplier onboarding, and monitor KPIs to identify cost-saving opportunities.

The role requires 2–5 years in procurement or supply chain operations, strong Excel skills, and experience with P2P platforms. A hybrid work model is supported in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, P2P, AP support, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with Procure-to-Pay platforms (Coupa, Ariba, SAP, etc.).
• Experience using AI to automate routine tasks is preferred.
• Strong Excel proficiency for data analytics, reporting, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Manage indirect, corporate-wide spend programs (fleet, office supplies, facilities, MRO).
• Administer Procure-To-Pay platform, onboard suppliers/users, track KPIs, and train users.
• Aggregate spend data from multiple sources and ensure data quality.
• Prepare KPIs, analyze trends, and track savings as directed by Procurement Directors.
• Collaborate with external service providers on spend analytics.
• Support in negotiating vendor terms, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Rapid sourcing and PO placement for prototype parts; engage with engineering on BOM and EC timelines.
• Coordinate with engineering and program management on tight deadlines and expedites.
