RingCentral is seeking a Strategic Procurement Manager - Indirect Procurement in Belmont, CA. You will partner with internal teams to guide procurement from need identification to contract execution, while leading category strategies across indirect spend.

The role emphasizes strong negotiation, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Infosec, IT, and FP&A to ensure compliance and risk management. A hands-on, strategic contributor is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance or related field.
• 2+ years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, preferably in software/tech.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Familiar with contractual terms and commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Guide internal partners through end-to-end procurement lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Legal, Infosec, IT, FP&A to address requirements.
• Manage multiple BU and vendor engagements across indirect spend.
• Develop and execute category strategies with stakeholders.
• Support RFIs/RFPs, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain vendor relationships and monitor performance.
• Ensure contract compliance with Legal, Finance, IT.
