Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain management/procurement or related field preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with internal collaborators.
• Adaptability in a growing, evolving environment with changing processes.
• Continuous improvement mindset with ability to drive iterative improvements.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills for sourcing strategies.
• Problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity.
• Experience with or openness to new systems, tools, or process implementations.
