Job summary

nVent is seeking an ERP Business Process Analyst – Supply Chain to drive end-to-end ERP transformation in a global manufacturing and distribution environment. You will translate business needs into scalable process and technology solutions, lead design and optimization, and support ERP configuration, integration, testing, and deployment in a modern cloud ERP.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value and improve supply chain visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4+ years of ERP experience.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including integrated supply chain process design and deployment.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and process-improvement skills with a results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP transformation by aligning business requirements to modern solution capabilities.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and define current- and future-state processes and user stories.
• Collaborate with Digital and Business teams to design, configure, test, and deploy ERP solutions that support integrated supply chain capabilities.
• Translate business information needs into reporting, dashboards, and analytics to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Facilitate cross-functional sub-teams and drive Agile/Lean project delivery to achieve timely, high-quality outcomes.
• Act as change agent across the organization to deliver measurable improvements in standardization and performance.
