Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is seeking an Indirect Funder to support the dealer base with high-level customer service and accurate contract funding. Responsibilities include ensuring complete loan packages, detecting fraudulent documents, and maintaining compliance with bank policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associates Degree or equivalent in work experience preferred.
• Two to four years of banking experience preferred; knowledge of lending products and services.

Responsabilités

• Cooperates and builds strong working relationships to provide quality service and meet bank goals.
• Ensures submitted contracts and loan packages are complete, accurate and reflect proper approvals.
• Inspects loan documents for suspicious or fraudulent documentation.
• Ensures accuracy of contract figures, disclosures, signatures and documentation for funding.
• Identifies errors and coordinates with dealerships for corrections and exceptions.
• Refers major loan violations to Supervisor/Manager for review.
• Provides quality service to internal and external customers.
• Maintains logs and spreadsheets used within the department.
• Maintains compliance with laws, policies, procedures and internal controls; completes training timely.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
