The role partners with Finance and business stakeholders to build savings, improve supplier performance, and ensure procurement compliance.

The position is on-site in Glen Allen, VA, with opportunities to grow through coaching, development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in procurement or related field.
• Proven ability to lead sourcing initiatives and achieve cost savings.
• Strong collaboration with Finance and stakeholders.
• Experience managing indirect spend categories.

Responsabilités

• Develop indirect procurement strategies across spend categories.
• Lead budget and savings reviews with Finance and stakeholders.
• Maintain visibility into addressable spend and savings opportunities.
• Build and manage a pipeline of cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead supplier negotiations for favorable terms.
• Oversee supplier qualification and onboarding.
