Qualifikationen

• Basic Requirements: Community College Diploma in Social Services or relevant education in a human services field preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience assisting with social programs and services.
• Direct service experience with children (youth).
• Experience working with Indigenous people, organizations and communities is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate with PMSS Lead-Administrator to plan activities and provide case management.
• Assess identified needs and develop individualized plans with the youth.
• Support Indigenous youth to develop goals and provide timely services for well-being.
• Assist in coordinating wrap-around supports and connections to resources.
