Job summary

You will conduct in-home visits, coordinate referrals, support budgeting and daily life skills, and collaborate with the Family Programs team to address individual family needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide family-centred support services, including in-home visits.
• Assist families with internal and external referrals to programs and services.
• Provide budgeting, grocery shopping, household management and life-skills guidance.
• Support families to maintain dignity, independence and well-being.
• Work with families in goal-oriented, time-limited appointments.
• Liaise with MCFD and other providers.
