Harvard University Native American Program (HUNAP) seeks a Community Coordinator to assist with planning and execution of student programming, recruitment and admissions outreach, and engagement with visitors and potential applicants. This role supports program growth, communicates with students and partners, and helps foster Indigenous perspectives on campus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Experience in higher education administration or program management preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute community programming and events.
• Coordinate logistics, facilities, budgets, and speaker arrangements for student-centered events.
• Engage with student organizations, campus partners, and departments to ensure successful events.
• Create email communications for faculty, students, alumni and campus community.
• Develop and implement social media communications to inform students of opportunities.
