Responsibilities

• Lead On-Site Outreach and Event Coordination at conferences, college fairs, scholarship presentations, and community gatherings across the U.S.
• Represent the College Fund at in-person events with a welcoming, knowledgeable presence for students and families.
• Manage event setup and teardown, including tabling, registration, materials handling, and on-site logistics.
• Coordinate ordering, shipment, tracking, and inventory of outreach materials needed for events.
• Support outreach campaigns to promote scholarships and Native college-going culture and student success resources.
• Collaborate with the Communications Coordinator and SSS staff on marketing content and strategies.
