Per Sé Group is seeking an experienced on-site construction oversight professional for a major utility-scale solar project in Indiana, PA. You will represent the Owner, protect project interests, and command field decisions with authority.

You’ll manage civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes, hold EPC contractors to contract and schedule requirements, review changes, and drive remedies while maintaining precise field records.

Competenze

• Experience managing construction on large utility-scale solar projects.
• Ability to handle EPC contracts, change orders, NCRs and field issues.
• Capable of documenting issues clearly to prevent disputes.

Mansioni

• Lead owner-side construction oversight across civil, mechanical and electrical scopes.
• Hold EPC contractors accountable for contract requirements, schedules, quality and performance.
• Review RFIs, change orders and field modifications; challenge unsupported claims.
• Walk the site to identify deficiencies and drive NCRs and corrective actions.
• Oversee earthwork, drainage, foundations, racking, module installation, underground electrical and collection systems.
• Track construction progress, anticipate schedule risks and coordinate with project leadership.
• Maintain accurate field documentation to protect the Owner and ground decisions in facts.
