Job summary

Per Sé Group is seeking an experienced construction oversight professional to lead owner-side activities on a major utility-scale solar project in Indiana, Pennsylvania.

You'll manage civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes, hold EPC contractors accountable, review RFIs and change orders, and drive timely, quality outcomes on the site. This role is site-based, long-term, with a competitive hourly rate and full mobilization support.

Qualifications

• Lead owner-side construction oversight across civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes on a major solar project.
• Hold EPC contractors accountable for contract requirements, schedules, quality, and performance.
• Review RFIs, change orders, and field modifications, challenging unsupported claims before they become costly problems.
• Walk the site, identify deficiencies early, and drive NCRs and corrective actions through resolution.
• Oversee earthwork, drainage, foundations, racking, module installation, underground electrical, and collection systems.
• Track construction progress, anticipate schedule risks, and coordinate solutions with project leadership.
• Maintain accurate field documentation that protects the Owner and keeps decisions grounded in facts.
