4th Sector Solutions Inc. is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to lead the full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of Indiana-based charter schools and nonprofits, advising executives and boards on financial management, budgets, and long-term planning.

The role focuses on expanding the firm's presence in Indiana by developing local client relationships, building a high-performing in-state team, and delivering robust financial solutions while supporting out-of-state clients as the portfolio

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Five to seven years accounting/finance experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, monthly close, and financial reporting.
• Experience supervising accounting professionals.
• Proficiency with accounting systems such as Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, Blackbaud, and advanced Excel.

Mansioni

• Lead full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of clients.
• Serve as strategic financial advisor to school and nonprofit leaders.
• Present reports to executives, Finance Committees, and Boards.
• Oversee general ledger accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely closes and GAAP compliance and internal controls.
• Lead audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors.
• Recruit and develop staff within the client portfolio.
• Establish high standards for accounting quality and client service.
