Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• Minimum five years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Proficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, internal controls, and audits.
• Experience with PDE reporting and regulatory compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of the annual operating budget.
• Monitor cash flow, expenditures, and financial performance.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Lead coordination of annual independent financial audits.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory agencies.
• Strengthen internal controls and audit readiness.
• Track grant funding and manage fund accounting.
