• Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes according to traditional recipes
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure the quality and consistency of dishes
• Plan menus and create new dishes to keep our menu offerings fresh
• Monitor food inventory order supplies and maintain kitchen cleanliness
• Train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Indian Chef with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role
• Extensive knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine spices and cooking techniques
