You will lead kitchen staff, monitor inventory, train the team, and work with management to develop seasonal menus and specials, ensuring foods are prepared and presented to our high standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Indian Chef, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine including regional variations and spices.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and guide kitchen staff.

Salary

Starting salary for this position is $1100 per week.

Location

This position is located in Los Angeles, California. Preference will be given to candidates already living in the area, but we are open to considering applicants from other locations who are willing to relocate.
