• Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with management to develop new menu items or specials.
• Adhere to all health code regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Indian Cuisine Chef or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian spices, cooking techniques, and traditional dishes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this full-time position.
